At EDuniverseMX, we believe that true inclusion begins in the classroom — but it should not end there. We support schools, teachers, and educational communities in creating environments where every person —regardless of condition, disability, or neurodivergence— can learn, participate, and thrive.
We provide teacher training, advise on adapting pedagogical practices, and support schools in designing inclusive policies that promote equity and respect for diversity. In addition, we deliver workshops and conferences on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for both educational communities and companies, aimed at raising awareness, inspiring action, and fostering sustainable change.
At the same time, we work with companies that seek to build accessible, respectful, and inclusive workplaces. Through a step-by-step methodology, we analyze the feasibility of including different profiles, design tailored strategies, provide staff training, and support responsible recruitment processes.
Because inclusion is not a destination, but a process built with intention, knowledge, and commitment.
At EDuniverseMX, we understand that inclusion requires a structured and sustainable path. That’s why we created a 7-stage methodology that guides organizations from identifying barriers to implementing real changes in their policies, practices, and recruitment processes.
